Matte. This is only the base coat, a long way off the finished piece, but it’s all I can show for now, you’re gonna have to wait! 👀 Using duller can make a lot of customs look a lot more professional (if that’s what you’re going for). I use it when working on colour switches/larger areas and pretty much never when working on detailed/art pieces. You have to use the right ratio, or you’ll end up with an ashy mess!
