The price covers my professional fee only. The pair of boots has to come from you and shipped to my address. I will work on it as soon as we have come to agree on your design and I have your boots. You will get a tracking number when the item has dispatched and on its way back to you. Time Frame: 2-3 weeks (excluding delivery transit). I use the finest acrylic paint specifically indicated for fabrics and leather. It's permanent on the cloth/leather and withstands repeated exposure to water.
