I ordered my shoes in December and they were supposed to come in January but its February now and I have tried multiple times to contact the artist so that I could get an update of a refund but I have gotten no response. I feel bad giving this low rating but this may be the only way to get the artists attention.

I placed this order on November 14, 2020 knowing there would be a 4ish week wait.
That time passed, the artist stated that they were overwhelmed with orders, fine I can understand that. However I was told “your order was being worked on as we speak”. Weeks then passed and customer service communication was terrible! In that time I was told “your order was next up to be worked on.” Umm what? When this was questioned, I received no responses when looking for updates. Now 3 months later on Feb 12, 2021 I still have not received this order. So buyer beware!! DO NOT TRUST this artist!!!!!

My brother ordered these for me for Christmas way back in November and we never received them. I’ve messaged the seller and received no response. Poor customer service.
Hi sally, your order was shipped on December 18th. Here is your tracking information for proof (9400109205568917333533) it looks like it was accepted but then there’s nothing after that. Id recommend contacting the usps to see if something happened. Usually this happens if you didn’t enter a real address or it was undeliverable. Please contact me if you need further help :)
