A product does not arrive It is fraud

If I could leave a zero star review I would these people is a joke it’s a scam do not buy from these people I have purchased my item 6 months ago still have yet to receive it they keep saying it’s on its way it’s not I’ve asked for a refund billions of times and they still have not given me a refund!!! I want my fucking money!

I ordered my shoes and payed the full amount in JULY. It is December and I still have not seen any new information or updates on my order. I have been very patient because of the pandemic, but it has been 5 months and I still have not heard anything. I haven't even heard from the artist themselves after I have messaged them three times. I want my money back please. Is this a scam??

I love the shoes! They're so comfortable and they put together my outfits!
