Placed order in September, hoping that my daughter will get shoes in time for Christmas. Christmascame and went, no shoes . Contacted the artist 3 times, not a word in return. I understand that it's difficult times for everyone, but how hard is it to answer an email?! It's too late for canceling the payment through CC, and I can't find anyone to help me with this issue. Money thrown away.
