Never received the shoes, sent lots of messages/emails to the details provided but the emails bounced back and messages weren’t responded too. Disappointed as these were for Christmas.

SHOES NEVER RECEIVED. Custom Movement refuses to help. No response from Illusive Soles. I have filed a credit card dispute.

Ordered a month ago and the promising time 2-3 weeks is a lie. Sent several messages but none of them were answered about the status... As a customer you will a least receiving a reply back if the order is been delayed or whatever. It should be a birthday present for my daughter but unfortunately this is will not be her present at here birthday :( This will be my first and last order
