What currency are the prices in?
The prices are in USD.

What is The Custom Movement?
The Custom Movement is a marketplace connecting independent artists and designers with buyers. Artists list their products for sale and buyers can purchase them.

How long until I get my shoes?
Each artist has their own processing time which is available on their page.

What is your return policy?
Typically, since custom products are made to order, specifically for you, all sales are final unless otherwise stated by the artist.

What is your shipping policy?
Shipping and handling will take up to 1 - 2 weeks for domestic shipping and up to 4 weeks for international shipping.

How does buyer protection work?
If you have an issue with your order, we first recommend working through the issue with your seller/artist. If you are unable to reach an amicable conclusion, you can escalate the matter. If you paid through Paypal, you can contact PayPal and open a claim against your seller in accordance with their purchase protection. If you paid using a credit or debit card, you can contact your financial institution to file a claim against your seller through the purchase protection they offer.

If I live outside of the United States, will I be charged an import fee?
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay import taxes and fees that may be charged upon arrival.

I have a special request for a custom sneaker. Can you make it for me?
